Good synth, slow support

I bought the ST-4 Hybrid Synthesizer. The build quality is excellent, and it sounds amazing. Setup was mostly easy. However, I had an issue with a firmware update not installing correctly. It took their customer service almost three days to get back to me, which felt a bit long when I couldn't use the synth. Once they did, the advice was helpful, and I got it working. Delivery was on time, and the packaging was robust. Value for money is good given the unique features, but support response time could definitely be faster.
